Cancellation Policy
Due to our intimate size, any cancellation affects us significantly.
Cancellations must be made with at least 14 days notice. Cancellations after this time, or failure to arrive, will be liable for the full amount of the booking.
Terms and Conditions
- Any violation of individual property's terms and conditions (such as room damage) may result in subsequent charges
- On completion of your online reservation, you are emailed a confirmation notice to the email address you provide
- Payment is required at the time of booking by way of direct credit
- Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the room or on the property
- No visitors are allowed on the property
- Sorry we are not able to accommodate children or pets
- Any damage to the room or property will be charged
- The cooking of shellfish, curries or any other odour smelling foods is not permitted
- We have a security gated property, gate is to be closed at all times, you will be given a gate key on arrival
- Gate key is to be returned on the day of check out
